The calculator accounts for all leap years (every 4 years, except century years not divisible by 400) when computing exact days lived. February 29 birthdays are handled correctly with age advancing on March 1 in non-leap years.

Yes. While the default calculates from your birth date to today, you can set any target date to find the exact duration between any two dates — useful for project timelines, anniversary countdowns, or historical calculations.
▶How accurate are the life statistics?
Statistics like heartbeats (average 72 per minute) and breaths (average 15 per minute) are based on medical averages and are estimates. Actual numbers vary by individual health, activity level, and age.
